Genertec Meheco Supports Gansu Earthquake Relief

On December 18, a 6.2-magnitude earthquake rocked the Bonan-Dongxiang-Salar Autonomous County of Jishishan in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province, causing heavy losses to the local and surrounding areas. On December 31, a 4.9-magnitude earthquake struck the Baiyin City of Gansu Province. The life safety and living security of people in the disaster-stricken areas have grabbed the attention of the whole country.

In response to that, Genertec Meheco immediately launched the emergency supply guarantee system for medical materials. Through close communication with Red Cross Society of China and its Gansu Branch, the Beijing Branch of Genertec Meheco urgently mobilized first-aid medicines worth more than four million yuan to ensure epidemic prevention in disaster-hit areas and safe medication of local people. All medicines were packed and rushed to earthquake-hit areas of Gansu.

On the afternoon of January 3, all medical materials provided by Genertec Meheco arrived in the earthquake-stricken areas. Then they were delivered to local people's hospital, maternal and child healthcare hospital, traditional Chinese medicine hospital and other medical institutions in an orderly manner, directly reaching the front line of hospital medication in a short time.
